My husband and I approached the counter while four people were behind the counter all on their cell phones. Not one single person acknowledged our presence or offered to assist us. Luckily with self check out I was able to get my sushi paid for. I continued to watch three other customers walk in. Two of which walked out and the third one had to ask if he could pay for his food. What kind of service is this?
On top of it, I believe the manager stood back behind the counter, watching it all happened and did nothing. As a customer service trainer, I would’ve written every single one of them up.

Food wasn’t great, can’t expect much when you’re buying premade rolls that have been in a refrigerated case all day.

Staff stood at the register with my order while I stood at the counter beneath the huge sign that said “pick-up here” and looked confused when I expected them to bring it there.

I wasn’t given wasabi or ginger with my food. I came back to the counter and the cashier gave me one small container of wasabi and one small container of ginger for three rolls. I asked for more and was given two more wasabi, and was denied a request for a fourth (I love wasabi). I attached a photo of the incredibly small amount of wasabi that I assume is supposed to be enough for an 8 piece roll.

Don’t eat here, the sushi was mediocre and the staff is rude. There’s 10 other options in the immediate vicinity.

They should change their name to Sushi NO go go as the cashier unapologetically informed me they were sold out... as if it was no big deal... does anyone remember when customer service used to exist?
It doesn't exist here; I will not forget it.

The texture is worse than grocery store sushi. The rice was hard and mushy at the same time. The combination of flavors was great on paper but $18 roll was not good at all

The worst sushi I ever had. Overpriced. The rice is undercooked and mushy. I don’t know how can they be professional on sushi but the rice is messed up and it is the only thing they do. I was super disappointed for the money spent on the quality. The service was very bad and unfriendly. They did not even give me wasabi and ginger with the sushi. I had to ask for it. First time they gave only one wasabi, no ginger. As I bought two boxes, I asked another time. They gave me another wasabi and ginger. I totally don’t recommend this place.

I would give this like 4.5 stars. (Giving it 5 because I think it's definitely better than a 4-- rounding up.) Sushi was really quite good and I thought on par for airport restaurant prices-- a roll cost me a little less than a beer on tap here actually. No wait since it's grab and go sushi. Only thing I would take off for is that they didn't have pickled ginger, wasabi, or chopsticks which seems standard accompaniments for sushi. Would totally eat here again.

I grabbed a lunch between flights and staff was friendly and rules were already prepared and chilled in a cooler which should’ve been the first warning sign. I ordered a trio which is salmon tuna and Hamachi had plenty of fish inside and the fish was fresh. I also ordered a gogo roll, which is barbecue deal Cream cheese and avocado. This was also fresh. The problem was the rice on both rolls was a cold mushy paste. It was a total turn off and room the experience. it was certainly overpriced for the quality. I highly recommend that any sushi lovers avoid this place.

The cashier ignored me and then got rude with me when I finally got his attention. I did not eat here, and after reading the reviews, I am glad I didn't. I travel frequently and will avoid this place in the future.
