Very good and quick service, we had an issue at our hotel, with a walk in freezer at Best Western/Steeplegate inn Davenport, they came out when they stated and took care of the situation. Will definitely be calling again as needed. Thank you

FAST FORWARD --- POP MACHINE BROKE -- IT WAS WORN OUT -- A & A TO THE RESCUE AGAIN -- VERY GOOD REPAIR -- REASONABLE PRICE -- I COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE!!!!
I WILL CALL A & A EVERY TIME

Called them at 4 o'clock on a Friday for help.
They showed up Monday diagnosed the problem and quoted me a reasonable price.
Came back the next day and repaired my machine.
For the quoted price!
SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FIXED IT FOR WHAT THEY QUOTED!!!!
Does not get any better than that.

This is the worst company I've ever used. Bad customer service and techs! I called them for a job and they didn't complete it. Said they needed to order a part and they would be back in 5 days. Well over a month went by without someone coming back or calling. The last time I called they said they have been busy and will get to it when they can. I do not recommend them to anyone

This company would not come and do work for my company drag me along on the phone calls and waiting game for me to call them back and then rudely tell me they cannot do it and hung up. Very rude customer service non-working people.

A manage a business who have needed their services before. They have delivered ice, which is a service they do. I called and I was told that it wouldn't be worth it. Then was asked did I can send someone to them. I said no I run a restaurant we need everyone here. Then I was asked if there's a gas station I could go to instead. I didn't ask how much you would charge and frankly didnt care because I need ice. Thanks for that. You didn't let me finish telling you that I would be needing about 9 bags of ice.
